The Flandreau Santee Sioux Tribe Care Center is a long term care center’s mission is to provide a safe, nurturing, and thriving environment to those needing 24/7 nursing care. The facility’s design showcases a beautiful courtyard with a privacy fence, formal ceremonial space, state of the art dietary area, private family dining area, laboratory services area, and private rooms for all its residents. The care center is composed of 42 beds, 14 of which are located in a secured memory care unit. We specialize in skilled nursing care which includes assistance with activities of daily living, medication management, feeding tubes, trachs, assistance with medical appointments, enriching activities, diabetes management, and many other specialized tasks.
