Daniel was born November 14th 1985, to Doug Forman and Sharon Weston. He graduated from Flandreau High School in 2003. Dan was a buffalo herdsman for Sharons’ buffalo herd. He had an interest in Culinary courses and went on to obtain his certificate of Carpentry in job corps in Salt Lake City Utah. Daniel worked for Eastern Dakota Specialties construction for years. He also worked for Twin City Fans when the Cubs won the World Series.
Daniel was astoundingly smart, there wasn’t ever a problem that he wasn’t able to find a solution to or that he couldn’t calculate through. He had an adventurous soul, which led him to achieve a great deal of traveling. Dan was outgoing and intellectual, if he ever felt the need to be heard, he would not let the opportunity pass by. He was very passionate in his music interests and was always looking to expand his horizons. In his travels he gathered friends, experiences, love and memories that he enjoyed sharing. Dan also loved to cook, enjoyed perfecting his recipes and would insist his chili was the best. A fervid sports fan, his teams were the Cubs, Steelers, Sooners and the Tar Heels. He loved to hang out with his brothers and watch MMA events. He was fiercely loyal to those he loved and was only a phone call away if anyone ever needed him.
Daniel is survived by his father, Coon; his three children, Wyatt Weston (Lindsay Hammer), Amaya Weston, Nolan Weston (Courtney Halvorson); his sister Brenda Weston-Penny; step siblings, Michael and Michaela Ramon of Brookings, SD; niece and nephews, Tyler Rambeau, Sage and Hawk Penny; family, DuWayne Weston, Doreen Bird (William Bird), Sheryl Weston, Cynthia Weston; great nephews and niece, Jacob Fisherman, Johanna Crawford, Jack Crawford Jr and many other aunts, uncles, cousins and beloved friends, who all love him and will miss him immensely.
