Tribal Court
Provide Judicial Services within the Flandreau Santee Sioux Tribal jurisdiction. This includes maintaining the Tribal Court System on the Flandreau Santee Sioux Indian Reservation which will provide due process to juvenile, civil and criminal litigants and defendants consistent with the maintenance of law and order on the Reservation.
