    The Flandreau Santee Sioux Tribe’s healthcare history is a testament to the tribe’s steadfast commitment to improving health outcomes for its people. The journey has been marked by challenges and triumphs, but through perseverance and strategic use of government acts and treaties, the tribe continues to offer quality healthcare services that honor their past and support their future.

    Our Commitment 

    The Tribal Health Center is dedicated to delivering high-quality healthcare to our patients. We provide patient-centered services in an outpatient setting. Our extensive range of services include diagnosis, observation, consultation, treatment, intervention, and rehabilitation. In accordance with 42 CFR Section 136, we extend our services to all IHS-eligible Native American individuals. This includes those of lineal descent living on or near the Flandreau Santee Sioux Reservation (Moody County) as well as students attending the Flandreau Indian School.

    Meet our Providers
    Our Provider's Team works closely with the Nursing department and other medical professionals to guarantee that our patients receive the utmost quality of care. We believe effective communication and teamwork are essential in creating a nurturing environment where patients feel valued and understood. Treatment plans are designed to respect individual needs and preferences, delivering compassionate and personalized care.
    Nursing Department

    Our Nursing Department provides on-site services including primary care, same-day services, wound care, IV therapy, and special injections.

    Each nurse is dedicated to a specific provider or team within the Health Center.
