Our Founder's

Elder Care Facility

Welcome to Our Founder's Elder Care Facility. Our mission is to provide a safe and responsive environment that cares for your loved ones as if they were our own. We welcome all Native American nations within our region and to those that need continuous care.

Our facility was built in [INSERT YEAR] and features a beautiful courtyard with privacy fences, formal gathering / ceremonial space, state of the art dietary area, private family dining area, laboratory services area, and private rooms for all its residents.

The care center has three neighborhoods, two dedicated to long term care and the other to memory care. We are able to care for 42 residents, 14 of which reside in a secured memory care unit.  Each neighborhood features a dining room, a living room, equipped with a fireplace and large screen TV, for resident's and their guests. In addition to their in room showers, the facility has a spa that features a whirlpool tub, more showers and a salon, where resident receive haircuts and in the near future; nail salon.

We specialize in skilled nursing care which includes assistance with activities of daily living, medication management, feeding tubes, trachs, assistance with medical appointments, enriching activities, diabetes management, and many other specialized tasks. Our doctor's make their rounds on a weekly basis, ensuring the care that each resident deserves. Should your loved one need care outside of our facility, no worries, we have staff dedicated to provide assistance with their appointments and a passenger loading bay within the facility; your loved one will not have to brave the elements at our facility.
